The aim of the book, Atlas of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, is to provide most illustrative and comprehensive Atlas on MSK ultrasound. High-resolution ultrasound has become an integrated part of examination and investigation for musculoskeletal system pathologies. Rapid advancement in technology and innovation of short focussed high resolution transducers have made ultrasound imaging of musculoskeletal system, a practical proposition. The excellent spatial resolution of ultrasound has made it a beautiful modality in comparison to CT and MRI. The advancement in 3D technology has definitely given a new exciting tool to look into deep seated joints to find out the details of subtle fractures and other pathologies. The clinical images are incorporated to have easy correlation with ultrasound images. CT and MRI images are also incorporated for better understanding.
